Hugi is committed to protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSEA). We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), exploitation of minors, or behavior that endangers children.

The Hugi platform is strictly intended for users aged 18 years and older. Protecting children from online harm and preventing any misuse of the platform involving minors is one of Hugi’s highest priorities.

 

1. Age Restriction

Hugi is an 18+ platform.

Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Hugi app. Any attempt to misrepresent age, falsify identity, or create accounts for minors is strictly prohibited.

Accounts suspected of belonging to minors will be immediately investigated and may be suspended or permanently removed.

 

2. Zero-Tolerance Policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

Hugi strictly prohibits any content or behavior related to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSEA).

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Sharing, uploading, or distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

• Any sexual content involving minors

• Sexualized conversations involving minors

• Grooming behavior toward minors

• Role-playing or discussions that sexualize minors

• Content depicting minors in sexualized situations, including drawings, animations, or illustrations

• Attempting to exploit, manipulate, or harm minors in any way

Any violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination.

 

3. Prohibited Content and Behavior Involving Minors

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Hugi:

• Depictions of child nudity or sexualized minors

• Threats or violence against minors

• Psychological abuse, coercion, or manipulation of minors

• Promoting or facilitating trafficking, exploitation, or illegal activities involving minors

• Sharing personal information of minors in harmful contexts

Hugi actively monitors content and user behavior to detect and prevent such violations.

 

4. Reporting Mechanism

Hugi provides mechanisms for users to report harmful or suspicious activity involving minors.

All reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation and safety teams.

 

5. Cooperation With Law Enforcement

Hugi maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward CSAM and child exploitation.

When we become aware of confirmed cases involving child sexual abuse material or exploitation, Hugi will:

• Remove the content immediately

• Suspend or terminate the responsible accounts

• Report the incident to appropriate authorities and organizations, including relevant law enforcement agencies when required by law.

 

6. Enforcement Measures

Violations of Hugi’s Child Safety Standards may result in actions including:

• Content removal

• Temporary account suspension

• Permanent account termination

• Reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities

Hugi continuously improves its moderation systems, including automated detection and manual review, to identify and prevent harmful activity involving minors.

 

7. Commitment to Child Safety

Hugi is dedicated to maintaining a safe and responsible online environment. We regularly review and update our safety policies to strengthen protections against child exploitation and abuse.

By enforcing strict Child Safety Standards and encouraging user reporting, Hugi aims to prevent misuse of the platform and protect children from online harm.
